Signing Up for Alariss [Employers]

In order to do this, we created a user-friendly, straightforward platform for both employers and candidates. In this article, we will go through how to sign up for Alariss as an employer. It’s easy, convenient, and immediate.
The first step, whether you are an employer or candidate, is to visit https://talent.alariss.com/signup.
Once you reach this page, sign up for free by registering with your LinkedIn page or using your email address.
PRO TIP: As an employer, make sure to update your LinkedIn company page with your most recent corporate updates, such as funding rounds, media releases and links to your website and other social media accounts. Employers with complete details are likely to be matched with the best candidates. Please also make sure that all your employees are on Linkedin as this will provide more social proof of your company.
After receiving a link in your confirmation email, you will be asked to set up your account. I’ll first go through the process for setting up an account and job postings from the employer’s perspective:
For Employers
First, you will be asked to include information about your company (name, target countries, etc.). From here on out, all the information that you provide will be accessible to candidates.
After creating your profile, you will be able to include your first job posting and additional job postings there on out:
For each job posting, you are able to include the job title, function, experience level, and so on and so forth for the applicants’ view. We find that a killer and detailed job description attracts applicants who are best fit for the role.
After finalizing details about compensation, you are ready to go; review and submit the job posting. Upon review by the Alariss team, our pool of interested applicants will be able to access and apply for the job. It’s that simple.
