The Alariss Global Scout Program is an invitation-only select group of global shapers and influencers located around the world, including in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Nigeria, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. Scouts work together as well as with the Alariss team to find and support fast-growing international technology companies to achieve their global ambitions, and recommend the best companies for expansion into the United States. Alariss supports Scouts in developing their global tech careers and in creating a network that will support each other as alumni.
Alariss Global Scouts will receive training, programming, and community, as well as share in the revenue of deals they bring. Scouts have a path toward advancement and full-time roles within Alariss Global, a tech company based in Silicon Valley. Scouts are well-connected in their local tech ecosystems and have a passion for the Alariss mission: your country of origin should not limit your global ambition. Our global network will also serve as a useful networking opportunity.
Alariss' Head of Growth Marketing Ankit Mishra and Director of Business Development Alec Walker, both cross-border growth experts, will lead the 2022 Alariss Scout Program.
We match top international firms to US business development, sales, marketing, and product talent who are experts in their field. Our clients are VC-backed fast-growing tech companies from India, Singapore, China, Europe, and other locations seeking to expand their cross-border revenue in the tech, IT, and SaaS domains.
For example, a typical match is representing the company externally, developing and maintaining industry connections for a pipeline of new customers, launching sales campaigns to increase inbound and outbound leads, managing client relationships, and working with the engineering team to incorporate feedback from prospective clients.

Alariss Scouts will be expected to introduce new global tech companies to Alariss to work with us to hire sales and business development talent in the U.S.

The Alariss Scout Program has a revenue-share model. Each Scout will get $750 per referral and a 10% recurring net revenue share.
Alariss Scouts are based in our key target markets, including China, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Europe, Israel, and other markets.
